How much does Auctores cost?
Cancellation Intelligence is free. Smart Overbooking costs 7% of the room revenue it recovers for your hotel, so you keep 93%. There is no fixed monthly or per-room fee: if it recovers nothing, you pay nothing. The first month is free, from the day you turn on Auto Apply. Software partners get custom pricing.
How much revenue can my hotel recover?
A typical hotel recovers €1,000–€2,000 a month. Results depend on your demand, cancellations and strategy, so this is not a guarantee. One of our best results so far: 177 stays sold beyond full at a Paris hotel in summer 2026.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Cancellation Intelligence is free to use. Smart Overbooking is free for the first month: 30 days from the day you turn on Auto Apply for your first hotel. After that, you keep 93% of the room revenue it recovers and our fee is 7%. If it recovers nothing, you pay nothing.
What if no revenue is recovered?
Nothing. The fee is 7% of room revenue recovered through Auctores overbooking and is never charged on anything else.
Do forecasts or future bookings count towards the fee?
No. The fee only applies to room revenue already recovered, not to forecasts or future bookings. Your dashboard shows realised results, future bookings and cancellations separately.
Can I review recommendations before automating?
Daily recommendations start when you turn on Auto Apply for your first hotel; your free month starts that day too. After that, you can leave Auto Apply off for other hotels, or turn it off at any time, and review the recommendations yourself. You choose the strategy and limits.
