From prediction to action

Booked doesn’t always mean occupied.

Cancellations and no-shows can leave rooms empty after you have turned other guests away. Auctores shows you where they come from and helps you decide how many extra rooms to sell before those gaps appear.

From empty rooms to extra revenue. See the problem and the product in one minute.

  1. 01

    Read your reservations

Connect your PMS. Auctores uses your reservation and availability data, with no manual upload.

  2. 02

    Understand your cancellations

See where cancellations and no-shows happen and which current bookings are likely to cancel, up to one year ahead.

  3. 03

    Offer extra availability

Our own Smart Overbooking algorithm recommends extra availability based on that risk, your strategy and the limits you choose.

Most useful on your busy dates.

When demand is there but your hotel looks full, cancellations can mean missed bookings. Auctores suggests how many extra rooms to sell on those dates. A high cancellation rate alone does not mean more rooms can be sold.

You stay in control

You decide how far to overbook.

See expected stays and cancellation risk in your current bookings, up to one year ahead. Review the extra availability Auctores suggests, or enable Auto Apply to update your PMS.

Choose your risk level

Select Safe, Moderate or Aggressive. Safe only counts bookings that are very likely to cancel; Moderate and Aggressive also count less certain ones.

Set your limits

Choose room categories, exclude sensitive inventory, cap daily overbooking and set a cut-off before arrival.

Adapt for specific dates

Pause automatic updates or change the strategy for a date range without changing your baseline setup.

From a revenue manager using Auctores

“Auctores helps us adjust our overbooking decisions day to day by analysing our booking history and cancellation patterns. This lets us accept more reservations earlier, at higher rates, instead of reacting to last-minute cancellations.”

Your questions, answered

Before you get started.

Can I get started without a call?
Yes. Create your account, connect your PMS and choose your strategy. You can follow our setup video and guide. Prefer email? Send us your hotel name and PMS and we’ll send you the setup steps.
How long does setup take?
With access to Auctores and a ready PMS connection, setup takes a few minutes. Prefer to do it together? Choose a 15- or 30-minute call for a demo, setup help, best practices and questions. For a new PMS connection, we confirm compatibility and timing with you.
What does Auctores predict?
Auctores estimates cancellation and no-show risk for existing reservations, up to one year ahead. You see expected occupancy and suggested extra availability for each day, based on your chosen strategy. Use it to plan staff, campaigns, guest messages and availability. It reflects current bookings; new bookings can change it, and some predicted cancellations won’t happen.
Can I inspect the reservations behind the forecast?
Yes. Review individual at-risk reservations with arrival and departure dates, room type and confidence. Filter by date, room type or reservation ID. Cancellation Intelligence adds views of cancellation and no-show patterns by channel, room type, stay profile and season, plus cancellation timing.
Will it change my PMS availability automatically?
Only if you enable Auto Apply. You can review recommendations without automatic PMS changes, turn Auto Apply off, or pause it for selected date ranges.
How much control do I have?
Choose Safe, Moderate or Aggressive. Safe only counts bookings that are very likely to cancel; Moderate and Aggressive also count bookings that are somewhat less likely. Select or exclude room categories, set a daily overbooking limit and define a cut-off before arrival. Date-range overrides let you temporarily pause automatic updates or change strategy.
What if fewer guests cancel than expected?
Then more guests could arrive than you have rooms. To make that rare, each recommendation stays a safety buffer below the cancellations expected, and Auctores doesn’t try to fill the hotel to 100%. Choose a strategy and limits that fit your hotel, and use overrides for sensitive dates. Even so, Auctores can’t guarantee you will never have to move a guest to another hotel.
Which PMS can I connect, and what data do I need?
Auctores is certified for Mews and apaleo and listed on both marketplaces, so you can connect either today. Reservation and availability data come through the connection you authorise, so no manual upload is needed. Using another PMS? Tell us what you use. If your PMS allows the connection, we build it for free, usually in about a week. We’ll confirm with you first.
How does this fit with my existing RMS or revenue workflow?
Auctores provides cancellation risk and overbooking recommendations for your existing reservations. Compare them with your current approach, and check which system controls availability before enabling Auto Apply. Your PMS, RMS and operating rules determine how they fit together. Review your workflow with us.
How do I see results, and what does the recovery figure mean?
Reports separate realised recovered revenue from future confirmed bookings and cancellations. A typical hotel recovers €1,000–€2,000 a month on average, based on realised additional revenue measured by Auctores across customer hotels. Our best-performing hotel averages about €14,000 a month over the year. That shows what is possible, not what most hotels should expect. Both come from our own cancellation predictions and Smart Overbooking algorithm, built in-house, but neither is a guarantee: results vary by hotel and period. Product screenshots labelled as synthetic examples are separate from these measured results.
How does success-based pricing work?
Cancellation Intelligence is free. Smart Overbooking is free for the first month, from the day you turn on Auto Apply for your first hotel; after that, you keep 93% of the room revenue recovered through Auctores overbooking and our fee is 7%. If we don’t recover revenue for your hotel, you pay nothing. Your dashboard identifies the extra bookings from the additional availability applied to your PMS and tracks their realised revenue separately from future bookings. The fee applies to this recovered revenue, not your hotel’s total revenue. See what is included and review pricing.
Where can I check data protection and get help?
Auctores hosts data in Europe. Review the app’s privacy information and data processing agreement. For setup, controls and reporting, use the Help & Training Centre or contact the team.

Try it on your own bookings.
