Website privacy and cookies

Last updated: 3 October 2026

This notice covers the public Auctores marketing website at auctores.ai and www.auctores.ai. Use of the Auctores application, accounts, and connected hotel systems is described in our application privacy policy.

Who is responsible

Auctores Technologies OÜ, registry code 17394351, is responsible for this website. Registered address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Ahtri tn 12, 15551, Estonia. Contact us about website privacy at valentin@auctores.ai. Our legal notice contains further company details.

Visiting the website and contacting us

Our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as your IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time, to deliver the website and maintain its security. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you email us, we process your address and the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss our services. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering other business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We retain correspondence as needed to handle the inquiry and meet any applicable contractual or statutory retention duties.

Your cookie choices

Analytics and advertising measurement are optional. They start only after you enable the relevant category. You can accept, reject, or select categories independently, and use the website without accepting either category. Optional storage and measurement rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We store your selection, the notice version, and the time of your decision in your browser under auctores_cookie_consent_v1. This preference is used for up to 180 days, after which we ask again. It is necessary to remember and respect your choice and is not a tracking identifier. You can also delete it using your browser settings.

at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future optional measurement; it does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. The page may reload when you withdraw a category so an already loaded tracker stops running.

Google Analytics

With Analytics enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which campaigns bring visitors to the website and which pages and selected links they use. Data can include page addresses, page titles, campaign parameters, browser/device information, approximate location, and pseudonymous cookie identifiers. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.

We measure page views and selected actions, such as setup-path, demo-button, contact-email, pricing, audience-path, example-analysis, and marketplace-link clicks. Opening the setup page does not confirm account creation, an email click does not tell us whether you sent an email, and a demo-button click does not confirm an appointment. We do not send email-message contents or hotel reservation data from this website to these tags.

With Analytics enabled, we also measure explainer-video starts and completions, including which watch button was used. These are engagement signals, not inquiries or purchases. The video is hosted with this website and can be watched without optional cookies.

Google Ads measurement

With Advertising enabled, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to associate selected website actions with advertising interactions and assess campaign effectiveness. Google may process advertising click identifiers, cookie identifiers, page information, device information, and conversion events. Our current setup measures email-link clicks, demo-button clicks, and contact-page views. These are indicators of interest, not confirmed accounts, sent inquiries, purchases or revenue.

Ad personalization, remarketing tags, and enhanced conversions using contact details are not enabled in this landing-page setup. LinkedIn tracking is not currently enabled.

Tag Manager, campaign information, and storage

Google Tag Manager loads and manages the permitted Google tags after at least one optional category is enabled. Each tag also checks the relevant category. Campaign parameters are stored in browser session storage under auctores_session_utm_v1 only after an optional category is enabled; advertising click identifiers are retained there only with Advertising enabled. This storage normally ends when the browser tab session ends.

Google tags may set first-party cookies such as _ga, _ga_*, and _gcl_*. Their lifetime depends on the tag and browser settings. Our Analytics cookie lifetime is configured to 180 days; advertising attribution cookies can persist for up to 90 days. Browser controls let you inspect or remove stored cookies. Aggregated campaign reports can remain available after individual cookies expire.

Providers and international processing

For users in the EEA, the Google services described here are provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google and its subprocessors may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. The applicable provider terms describe international-transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, adequacy decisions.

See Google’s privacy policy, how Google uses information from partner sites, and Google’s advertising data-processing terms. Our application’s separate providers and data-processing arrangements are covered by its privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to valentin@auctores.ai. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local EU/EEA supervisory authority.

We may update this notice when our website or measurement setup changes. Where new processing requires consent, we will request it before enabling that processing.
